The Downtown Chandler Farmers Market resumes on Saturday, June 6! Please note that we are taking extra safety precautions to ensure both market vendors and customers are following strict guidelines set forth by the CDC.
Guidelines for Grocery Vendors:
- Stay home if you are sick or have recently been exposed to sickness
- No cooking on site
- All hot food must be in covered to-go containers.
- Provide sanitizing or hand washing stations for both your team and customers
- Wear masks and gloves. Gloves are to be changed after each transaction.
- Contactless payment
- Social distancing among vendors will be marked out on the bricks by chalk
Guidelines for Customers:
- Please maintain social distancing of 6 feet
- The use of gloves and masks are strongly encouraged
- We encourage card sales instead of cash to allow for contactless payment
- Prepared foods are to be taken off site and enjoyed elsewhere
- Produce vendors are adapting with new practices. Please follow their lead.
The market accepts WIC Cash-Value Vouchers – The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC. The WIC Program provides supplemental foods, health care referrals and nutrition education at no cost to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding post-partum women, and to infants and children up to 5 years of age, who are found to be at nutritional risk.
This market will honor the Double Up Food Bucks Arizona program. The Double Up Food Bucks Arizona (Double Up AZ) is a program adapted from the Fair Food Network and their successful Double Up fruit and vegetable incentive model. The Double Up AZ program doubles the value of SNAP/EBT (formerly food stamps) benefits used at farmers markets across Arizona, helping people bring home more healthy fruits and vegetables while supporting local farmers. ☀️

JOIN THE MARKET
We are looking for high-quality, artisan vendors to join our market! Before you apply, please take a moment to review the info below about who we are (and are not) looking for and what to expect as a vendor.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Vendors are responsible for providing all the necessary elements for their display (tent, tables, tablecloth and chairs). We charge artisan vendors a yearly membership and registration fee of $75.00 and a daily participation fee of $25.00.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for crafters, artists, sculptors and painters. More specifically, if you use the following words to describe your business, we’re looking for you:
- Small-batch, small-scale
WHO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
If you use the following words to describe your business, unfortunately, this is not the market for you:
- Direct Sales
- MLM companies
In addition, we do not allow unprofessionalism, negativity, political paraphernalia, or illegal items/sentiments.
