The Ice Bath Challenge is an event that raises awareness to the tragedy of 22 Veterans that die by suicide every day. Participants are asked to raise funds by collecting flat rate donations or pledges/minute. The goal is to enjoy the benefits of the ice bath while having fun and cooling off, but most importantly to draw attention to this important issue. Together we can help support Veteran suicide prevention and integrative healing programs.
