Join Operation Shockwave on Saturday, June 17th, 2023 for the 3rd Annual Ice Bath Challenge Event. Enjoy a summer morning full of Ice Baths, Vendors, Dunk Tanks, Live Music and a Beer Garden! The Ice Bath Challenge is an event that promotes that healing power of cold therapy. Participants are asked to raise funds by collecting flat rate donations or pledges. The goal is to enjoy the benefits of the ice bath (healthy immune system, boost circulation, reduce stress, etc.) while having fun and raising funds for Veteran healing programs. Together we can help support Veteran suicide prevention and integrative healing programs.
