A Swing Suite is a heartfelt tribute from two dancers to their mentor as they celebrate the rhythms that have shaped their artistry. The choreography links tap dance to music by combining a live musical performance with a vibrant tap routine. Accompanying this piece is SOUNDspace, originally conceived as an exploration of the rich acoustics of a New York City church. The performance highlights tap as both movement and music, immersing audiences in its rhythmic brilliance.
