The Mardi Gras Festival, presented by Angry Crab Shack, announces its inaugural year to celebrate hometown community, culture, and cuisine. The special event celebrates the traditions of Mardi Gras with the heart and soul of creole flavor with a Cajun twist, cuisine, activities, and entertainment. The event will feature live jazz, blues, zydeco and contemporary swing revival bands. Guests will feel transported to the southeastern region of Louisiana with a variety of food.
