Celebrate New Year’s Eve with an elevated four-course dinner in the heart of Downtown Chandler. Begin with a complimentary amuse and welcome punch, then choose your path through unique courses created exclusively for the evening by Chef Aaron Cortez and Chef Fred Bartlett. Think mushroom toast with miso brie and shoyu-braised brisket, seared duck with bourbon sweet potato and smoked-molasses walnut bread pudding, diver scallops with roasted carrot romesco, and a bright yuzu cheesecake to finish.
Optional cocktail pairings from our award-recognized bar team complement the menu from spritz to nightcap.
