30 Minute Hit is a unique workout designed just for women of all fitness levels in a positive, empowering, and judgement free environment. 30 Minute Hit teaches skills from kickboxing, boxing, and self-defense in a high intensity 30-minute circuit with no class times so you can work out on your own schedule. Our 13 bag smacking, skill building, core strengthening stations that fly by in just 30 minutes, will get your heart pumping, clear your mind and transform your body faster than you could ever imagine. Designed just for women, each 2-minute round based on boxing, kickboxing, general self defense, and core stability training, will challenge you each and every time to improve your fitness and reward you with amazing results. Our Trainers will help lead, guide, and inspire you to reach your fitness goals, feel stronger and build confidence.
