Say HELLO to Downtown Chandler's newest addition! Val's Bar at The Copper House is an indoor/outdoor rental space attached to The Copper House available for hourly rentals now through May 2024. You can add this additional space to your stay or event at The Copper House or with an additional entrance on Boston Street, it can be locked off and rented separately at an hourly rate for an event.

Event Fee

3 hour rental + 30 min setup 

$650 + $150 cleaning fee

Each additional hour $150/hr.
