You’re Bacon Me Crazy Brunch Crawl Returns to Downtown Chandler April 11
20+ Downtown Chandler Restaurants to Offer Small Brunch Bites, Specialty Cocktails
CHANDLER, Ariz. – On Saturday, April 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Downtown Chandler’s annual You’re Bacon Me Crazy Brunch Crawl will return with over 20 participating restaurants serving up small brunch bites and specialty cocktails. During the self-guided crawl, pajama-clad participants can enjoy $6 food items, $5 drinks, or both for $10 at each stop on the brunch trail. Attendees can purchase tickets based on their preferred time slot, with ‘The Early Bird’ tickets at $25 for a 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. time slot, and ‘The Snoozer’ tickets at $20 for 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
New to this year’s crawl is the Breakfast Shot Competition, in which certain restaurant stops will be participating in a tournament to offer the best breakfast shot in Downtown Chandler. Participating restaurants will offer a $2 sample of a breakfast-themed shot in addition to the $5 drink already offered as part of the event. Each shot will play on traditional day-starting flavors, such as a tiny Bloody Mary, blends of whiskey, orange juice and butternut schnapps, and cinnamon toast. Guests will judge each restaurant’s shot on creativity, taste and presentation.
“You’re Bacon Me Crazy is a great gathering for people whose speed is more fuzzy slippers and comfy clothes than a buttoned-up brunch, and we’re looking forward to offering a playful experience where pajamas are preferred and creativity is encouraged from our participating restaurants,” said Jess Walrath, CEO of Downtown Chandler Community Partnership, the nonprofit organizing the event.
Registration for You’re Bacon Me Crazy Brunch Crawl will be at The Uncommon, located at 1 East Boston Street. The Early Bird registration period will open at 8:45 a.m., and The Snoozer registration will close at 12:30 p.m. Tickets are non-refundable, and prices increase by $5 on the day of the event. At registration, attendees will receive an event wristband, a map listing all menu items and restaurant locations, free parking, photo opportunities, a branded swag item, and access to an exclusive You're Bacon Me Crazy Brunch Crawl menu including small bites for $6 each, drinks for $5 each, or a small bite & drink for $10 at each restaurant.
Participating restaurants will include SanTan Brewing Company, Spirit House, Crust Simply Italian, The Uncommon, and BlackSheep Wine Bar & Merchant. Additional stops will be announced closer to the event.
